A warehouse needs stock, pallet shelves, a logistics manager, a driver, a compatible vehicle, a store destination, and a meaningful item target. The store also needs room to receive the goods.

Complete setup chain

1. Register the property as a warehouse business.
2. Install pallet shelves in the warehouse; ordinary store storage shelves are a different object.
3. Create or use an HQ and seat a logistics manager at a workstation.
4. Assign the warehouse to that manager.
5. Put a compatible vehicle in the warehouse slot and assign a driver.
6. Bring inventory into the warehouse through a purchasing agent/importer, factory, or supported manual route.
7. Add the store as a warehouse destination.
8. Enter the desired item quantity for each product.
9. Ensure the store has the correct display/storage equipment and free capacity.

The target is stock level, not shipment size

If the store target is 500 and the store already has 300, the system attempts to deliver 200. If the store already has 500, it sends nothing. Entering 1 means “maintain one item,” not “send one box.”

Warehouse goods go into the store's shelves/storage, not the outside furniture-delivery marker. A developer reply specifically distinguishes warehouse restocking from furniture and mover deliveries.

Not delivering: check in this order

Older developer replies mention midnight in one build and 02:00 in another. That is evidence that timing changed, not permission to state one historical hour as permanent. Use the current logistics UI and verify after a full in-game day.

Capacity planning

A delivery route can be correctly configured and still fail operationally if the warehouse cannot receive an import or the store has no room. Set targets from actual daily sales plus a buffer, then increase shelf space or delivery frequency before adding more destinations to the same vehicle.
