Resident Evil Requiem — Platforms, Characters, and DLC

Resident Evil Requiem is a released, single-player survival-horror game from Capcom. It follows FBI analyst Grace Ashcroft and veteran agent Leon S. Kennedy, and both parts of the story can be played in first- or third-person view. This hub separates facts that stay useful from puzzle and ending answers that need exact route evidence.

What the two-character structure changes

Grace and Leon are not cosmetic swaps. Nintendo's official release explanation describes Grace as supply-limited and analysis-led. She decides when to fight or flee and can use infected blood to craft items, ammunition, and powerful injectors. Leon carries a broader action kit: firearms, a hatchet, melee attacks, parries, enemy weapons, an attaché case, and upgradeable weapon parts.

The two routes converge around the Raccoon City incident and a new series of deaths. Both include exploration, puzzles, combat, and resource management, but the immediate decision changes with the protagonist. A Grace guide that tells the player to open Leon's attaché case is not merely imprecise; it is the wrong contract.

Camera choice is independent

Capcom allows free switching between first- and third-person play. First person gives the closest view and can make spatial horror more intense. Third person reveals the character and more of the immediate surroundings. Neither camera unlocks different story content, and neither turns Grace into Leon.

Use the perspective page for a practical selection rule: try one stable room in both views, compare navigation and target tracking, then keep the view that makes information easiest to read. Avoid changing perspective in the middle of every tense encounter before your movement habits settle.

Current buying boundary

The Windows minimum is built around 16 GB RAM, a GTX 1660 6 GB or RX 5500 XT 8 GB, and an SSD, with an upscaled 1080p/30 target from a 640p internal resolution. The recommended tier raises the GPU to an RTX 2060 Super or RX 6600 and targets upscaled 1080p/60 from 720p. Nintendo lists the Switch 2 download at 28.7 GB; that number is not the PC storage requirement.

The Deluxe Kit contains five costumes, four weapon skins, two charms, two filters, an audio pack, and additional files. The Grace and Leon amiibo unlock platform-specific weapon skins on Switch 2; they do not add a new campaign.

Why the first package has no fake safe-code archive

Google suggestions show demand for walkthroughs, safe codes, infinite ammo, endings, lock picking, and weapon rankings. Search demand is a reason to investigate, not permission to invent. Each puzzle page needs the exact location, clue, code, difficulty or route boundary, and current build. Those pages will be added only when the answer can be reproduced and illustrated.
