The pre-order Grace costume was a separate purchase-timing bonus. Do not assume a current Deluxe Kit purchase includes every retailer or pre-order item that existed before launch. Check the exact store bundle before buying.
If a cosmetic is missing, first verify that the add-on is installed for the same region and platform as the base game. Capcom warns that game and DLC licenses from different countries or regions are not guaranteed to work together. Then check Bonus Settings rather than searching the campaign inventory for a costume.
Charms behave differently: they are placed into the inventory when the story begins, and a full inventory sends them to the item box or supply box. The Letters from 1998 are different again—they are files placed in Raccoon City, not an automatic menu gallery.
The Grace amiibo released July 30, 2026. Nintendo says it unlocks an exclusive skin for her S&S M232 on the Switch 2 version. Game, console, and amiibo are sold separately. A weapon skin changes appearance; Nintendo does not describe a damage bonus or new story mission.
