Privacy and advertising.

Current status

This site currently loads adsterra advertising scripts configured by the site owner.

Each normal public page provides two labeled advertising units: one Native unit and one fixed-size display unit selected for the device. Fixed creatives are not stretched, Native shells never exceed 300 pixels in height, and oversized third-party content scrolls inside the advertising frame instead of resizing the article. Social bars, popunders, smartlinks, interstitials, automatic sound, and adult creatives are not permitted.

Site traffic measurement

Player Guidebook uses the shared Site Hub first-party runtime to count page views and anonymous 30-minute visits, distinguish search-engine, direct, and other referral traffic, and report page paths, countries, and first-level regions. The session's first referrer is reduced to a hostname; full referring URLs and query strings are not stored.

Player Guidebook also uses Google Analytics 4 through a single Google tag to understand aggregate page usage and acquisition. Page measurements are not configured or sent for browsers marked as internal, recognized automated traffic, non-production copies of the site, or browsers with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled. Google may otherwise process device, browser, approximate-location, referral, and interaction data under its own privacy terms and the consent choices available to the visitor.

The site also measures active time while a page is visible, whether a visitor meaningfully interacts with the page, and the highest approximate scroll percentage. These signals distinguish engaged visits, short but valid answer visits, incomplete visits, and obvious rapid duplicates. The system records only the fact that an interaction occurred—not what was typed, clicked, or selected.

A random session identifier is kept in the visitor's browser and raw page-quality records are retained for up to 45 days for deduplication and quality settlement. Aggregated page, source, approximate location, time, and quality statistics are retained so a reporting-rule or dashboard change does not erase historical facts. Cloudflare supplies approximate country and region data. Site Hub does not store raw IP addresses, email addresses, account identifiers, full User-Agent strings, or advertising profiles. Local and automated browsers, recognized crawlers, and browsers with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled are not measured.

User feedback

The request desk stores the feedback type, game name, message, related Player Guidebook path, submission time, approximate country/region supplied by Cloudflare, and an email only when the visitor provides it and explicitly permits a follow-up. Feedback is used to correct guides, understand regional demand, and prioritize future coverage. Do not submit passwords, account IDs, payment information, save files, or private support records.

The feedback service uses a short-lived one-way abuse-prevention hash derived from connection information. It does not store the raw IP address in the feedback database, and rate-limit records older than eight days are removed automatically.

When ads are enabled

Player Guidebook uses the shared Site Hub runtime to sample aggregate advertising request attempts. It does not inspect whether a provider script loads, fills, renders, becomes viewable, or receives an in-frame click, and it does not send provider responses, revenue, user or session identifiers, or complete URLs through this diagnostic path. Historical records in the retired independent service remain read-only.

Cross-origin advertising frames do not expose every impression or click to this site. Provider-reported impressions, clicks, and revenue are therefore reported separately as aggregate facts and are not falsely assigned to individual pages when the provider does not supply that dimension.

Advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies, depending on their own systems and the visitor's location and choices. This site does not control the data practices of a third-party ad network.

Visitors should review the provider's privacy documentation and any consent message shown on the site. The site owner is responsible for configuring a suitable consent flow before serving ads in jurisdictions where consent is required.

Third-party links

Guide pages link to official stores and independent editorial sources. Those sites have their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies when you leave the site.

Embedded YouTube videos

Pages with a YouTube video initially show a Player Guidebook image and do not load the YouTube player automatically. If you choose “Play video,” the page connects to YouTube's privacy-enhanced player and YouTube or Google may receive technical request data and apply their own privacy terms. You can instead use the separate YouTube link without loading the embedded player.
