Nodusfall is a new multiplayer-focused fantasy action game from HoYoverse, revealed during Gamescom Opening Night Live on August 25, 2026. Players are called Weavers and enter a world where divine authority has collapsed. What the reveal actually establishes
The official description calls Nodusfall a realistic fantasy action game inspired by mythologies from around the world. As a Weaver, the player forms bonds, fights legendary creatures affected by Dreadnodus corruption, takes divine power from defeated enemies, and uses it to restore order.
Combat is described around weapon and skill combinations that can change for the enemy and the party. Defeated enemies provide items that unlock new skills and weapons. Coordination and timing between players matter, but HoYoverse has not explained matchmaking, drop-in play, a maximum party size, solo support, or PvP.
