What happened to an Early Access copy or save?
The 1.0 launch is an update to the same Steam app, not a separately listed sequel. Existing owners therefore do not need to buy a second product. Steam Cloud is listed, but that does not remove the need to protect an important local save before a major update or before testing mods.
The developer's 1.0 announcement does not state that all old saves are erased. It also does not guarantee that every old blueprint or mod behaves identically: 0.11 changed blueprint data for mod support, and updated blueprints could not be opened in older versions.
Console and multiplayer status
The current official store page lists Windows and macOS only and labels the game single-player. That is the answer for the released product. A community multiplayer mod, a suggestion, or a controller working on PC is not evidence of an official console or multiplayer edition.
What the purchase includes
The full game covers the New York business-simulation loop and the 1.0 feature set, including the Hamptons additions described by Hovgaard Games. The developer also says future updates, content releases, and eventual DLC are planned; that sentence does not identify a DLC date, price, or entitlement.
