Townfall follows Simon Ordell, played by Jovan Adepo, after he is summoned back to the isolated Scottish settlement of St. Amelia. The portable CRTV is not merely menu decoration: Zoe's voice reaches Simon through its static, and official descriptions connect it to investigation and the game's shifting reality. Exploration, evasion, combat, and narrative puzzles are all named parts of the design.
