PS5 gets a physical release, but US buyers should not assume the EMEA SteelBook promotion is included with every copy.
SILENT HILL: Townfall has a physical PS5 release. A SteelBook is officially documented for selected retailers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa; it is not listed as a universal US physical-copy entitlement.
The North American announcement identifies PS5 as the physical platform. PC is sold digitally through Steam and Epic in the checked sources. Before ordering, read the retailer's exact product title and included-items list rather than relying on a SteelBook image from another region.
Konami lists the CRTV Rusted cosmetic as a preorder item, and PlayStation has a platform-specific CRTV Beach Edition item. Those cosmetics should not be confused with a physical steel case or with the Deluxe digital art and soundtrack package.
If a US retailer later announces an exclusive SteelBook, that offer should be recorded with its retailer, region, deadline, and eligible SKU. Until then, importing or buying a standard US PS5 copy does not carry a verified SteelBook promise.
