The exact date is newer than some storefront metadata. Steam still says “Coming soon,” and the PlayStation Store still says the date is to be determined. Those fields do not cancel the dated announcement on the official ANANTA site, PlayStation Blog, and Apple listing; they show that the store records are out of sync.
What the current footage can and cannot prove
NetEase describes environmental combat, disarming, dodges, blocks, counters, stolen enemy weapons, and improvised props. Travel includes cars, bikes, boats, public transport, swinging, and disclosed aircraft. Characters can occupy different social roles such as an officer, hacker, gang leader, delivery worker, and livestreamer.
That information defines the product, not the best build or fastest route. Damage values, character rarity, banners, pity, map completion, quest order, final performance, and controller feel require later official specifications or a reproducible public build.
