Co-op MyCAREER requires both players to own NBA 2K27. Console online play can also require the platform's paid online subscription, and online features require an internet connection plus an NBA 2K account. Shared access to an auction house is not automatically the same as sharing every multiplayer lobby: 2K separately says MyTEAM has a unified auction house across PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Switch 2.
