The complete Season 4 weapon-tier system without an invented tier list.
Transcendent Weapons are the Season 4 top weapon tier and use Quality from 1 to 400. The activity determines the ordinary obtainable range; Base Quality raises the minimum as more Transcendent Weapons are acquired.
Quality ranges

Base Quality increases when a Transcendent Weapon is acquired and caps at 400. Within a content's allowed range, the current Base Quality acts as a floor. Monsters have a very small chance to drop above the normal content range.

Dismantling and Deslin
Dismantling produces Transcendent Trait Elements; higher level and Quality Range increase the gain. Deslin in Albion sells:
- an unrestricted Transcendent Weapon Box for 400 Trait Elements;
- a Range 4 box for 800, limited to 10 per week;
- Transcendent and Sub Wave Modulators for readjustment, with weekly limits.
Readjustment and module-setting implant
Use the Weapon Workbench in Albion or Outposts to readjust Sub Abilities or Transcendent Abilities with the corresponding Wave Modulator. The implant system copies module settings from four paired Ultimate Weapons into their Transcendent counterparts and consumes a Transcendent Photon Imprinter.
What does not transfer automatically
The developer notes that Ultimate Weapon Core effects such as sprint-speed increase and reduced Grappling Hook charge time do not carry over as-is. Do not dismantle or replace a mature Ultimate setup solely because the new tier has a higher label; compare the actual ability, Quality, modules, and activity.
