Wuthering Waves 3.6 Release Date and Confirmed Content

The live 3.6 update, separated from leaks and future-version speculation.

Wuthering Waves Version 3.6 released on August 20, 2026. Its official title is Lamplight in Mirage, Sword's Resolve in Heart. The iOS release history reached maintenance build 3.6.2 on August 29.

Confirmed additions

• Resonators: Qingxiao, a five-star Aero Sword user, and Jingran, a five-star Fusion Broadblade user.
• Weapons: Glint of Clouds for Sword users and Thousandfold Deliverance for Broadblade users, each listed in its matching Featured Weapon Convene.
• Area and story: Xuanyuan Domain opens during Main Quest Chapter IV Act III, Song of the Heart Sword. Version 3.6 also adds Chapter IV Segue, The Nethermancer's Requiem.
• Echo and challenge: Calamity Effigy is the new Echo. The new Tactical Hologram: Sparring opponent is Myriad Snare: Rustfire Chassis.
• Motorbike and systems: the update adds themed motorbike display backgrounds and improves navigation and Autopilot Mode. Echo Recommendation, Mail, and sharing also receive changes.
• PC technology: Kuro's release record lists an upgrade to NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 frame generation and a programming-language change intended to improve performance across platforms.
• Events: Resonance Sim Realm, Second Coming of Solaris: Coded Deception, If Dreams Still Reverberate, The Strings Remember, Wuthering Exploration: Fogveil Pagoda, and the Gifts of Drifting Mist seven-day login event.
• Other items: Cloud Voyage and Jadie the Mightiest Autopuppet motorbike liveries, the Resonance! Best Combo title, a Phantom Myriad Snare Echo, and accessories for Qingxiao and Jingran.

Denia's Tactical Hologram, the Second Endstate Matrix cycle, Cloud Ride, Nightveil Piercer, and the Xuanfang exploration events belong to Version 3.5, not Version 3.6. For Qingxiao's role and weapon, use Qingxiao's official status page.

Version 3.6.2 on iOS

The August 29 iOS update says it fixed known crashes on certain iOS devices. The note does not identify the affected models or claim that every crash on every platform is resolved.
