Whisper of the House is a single-player game. Steam labels the released computer version “Single-player,” while the US PlayStation Store lists “1 player” and offline play for the PS5 edition. The official records agree on more than ten home layouts, but their current furniture counts differ. Steam says more than 2,000 pieces, while the PlayStation Blog and US store say more than 1,800. The listings do not explain the difference, so it should not be treated as proof that one platform contains more furniture than another.
