FIRST CHECK

The official status of the two linked quest bugs in the August 20 patch.

Version 2.1 fixes the issue that prevented Rising Beyond from triggering after A Flourishing Legacy. The August 20 patch also fixes cases where the required A Flourishing Legacy quest item could not be obtained.

If the issue still appears

First confirm the client is on Version 2.1 or later. Then compare the symptom with the patch wording: the fix applies to the trigger after completing A Flourishing Legacy, not every possible block elsewhere in Rising Beyond.

If the exact patched transition still fails on a current client, use the official support channel with the platform, client version, quest state, and the point where the trigger stopped. Repeating generic steps such as reinstalling is not presented here as a proven quest fix.

Match the symptom before escalating

If A Flourishing Legacy is still active because its quest item never appeared, that is the second fix in the patch list. If A Flourishing Legacy is complete but Rising Beyond never starts, that is the third fix. If Rising Beyond started and then stopped at a later objective, the patch note does not establish that the later block has the same cause.

The co-op change also matters when comparing old reports. Before Version 2.1, some players could complete A Flourishing Legacy in co-op when that was not intended. Advice built around reproducing that behavior is now obsolete. Continue the quest in the mode expected by the current build instead of using a removed shortcut.

When contacting support, include a screenshot of the quest log and the completed prerequisite state. That evidence helps distinguish a failed trigger from a different unfinished objective; it does not ask the reader to research the article's claim.
