FAST ANSWER

Start at locked anchors, test both the ending and next beginning, and spend a hint only on the word whose boundary constraints are still ambiguous.

Solve Textagons from the shared boundaries inward. Every word ends on the same locked tile that begins the next colored word, so one correct boundary constrains two answers. Randomly swapping all 18 movable tiles throws away that information.

Daily solve order

  1. Read the six locked tiles in color order: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet.
  2. For each boundary, list a plausible ending for the current word and beginning for the next. Keep alternatives when the letter pattern is not decisive.
  3. Test adjacency on the hex grid. A spelling is valid only when every consecutive letter touches along the traced path.
  4. Lock in the word with the strongest boundary and adjacency evidence, then use its final letter to narrow the next word.
  5. Continue around the loop. If the last word cannot return to the first anchor, revisit the earliest uncertain word instead of dismantling confirmed chains.
  6. Use a hint on the word with the most ambiguity, not automatically on the first unfinished color. One revealed letter has more value where several paths remain possible.

The official website presents the puzzle as six five-letter words, while the current App Store instructions emphasize the 24-tile loop and shared locked letters. If a future version changes word length, the App Store's live rules take priority; the boundary method still applies.

This guide intentionally avoids posting daily answers. It preserves the useful search intent—how the loop works—without replacing the puzzle itself. Return to the Textagons guide for availability and rule context.

Questions players ask next

What order do Textagons words follow?

The official App Store instructions give the order as red, orange, yellow, green, blue, then violet before the loop returns.

How should I use a Textagons hint?

Reveal a letter in the word with the fewest reliable adjacency clues. The first three hints are described as ad-free in the current listing.
