The dates and rules for Split Fire's two limited modes, separated from the September 1 season launch.
The Split Fire 3v3 Arcade runs September 8–21, 2026. Wasteland Circuit follows from September 23–October 12. Neither event begins with the core season on September 1.
3v3 Arcade rules
- Three Attackers face three Defenders in a faster version of Bomb.
- The preparation phase lasts 30 seconds.
- The match can run up to seven rounds, with the first team to four wins taking the match.
- All Attackers and Defenders are available.
- There are no Operator bans.
- Operator attrition applies: after winning a round with an Operator, the team cannot select that Operator again in that match.
Attrition is the key roster constraint. A player can practice different Operators, but a winning selection cannot simply be repeated every round.
Wasteland Circuit rules
Wasteland Circuit is a drone-racing event rather than a standard gunfight playlist. Players race on obstacle-filled tracks, collect item balloons to disrupt opponents, and use boost balloons to accelerate. Finishing position awards points after each race; the highest total determines the circuit winner.
The event includes a dieselpunk-themed cosmetic collection, but the current official announcement does not provide a complete earn-versus-purchase table. That should be checked in the live event instead of guessed beforehand.
