Cancel on the store that charged you
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, choose Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket, and cancel. On Android, open Google Play → profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions, choose the game, and cancel.
Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Benefits continue until the paid or trial period expires, and the unused portion is not refunded. Premium tickets and items already exchanged remain usable after cancellation.
If you moved from iOS to Android, the in-game cancellation link can open Google Play even when Apple is still charging the subscription. In that case, sign into the original Apple account on an Apple device or browser and cancel there. The reverse principle applies when the original purchase was on Google Play.
Transfer benefits to another save
Open the pass screen and choose Transfer Pass Privileges. Pokémon Support says premium mission progress and the extra pack stamina provided by the pass can move. Premium tickets already obtained, cards, and items exchanged in the shop do not transfer through this process.
After benefits move to different save data, another transfer—including returning to the original save—is blocked for 60 days. One platform account can subscribe for only one save at a time. Shared family store accounts can therefore create conflicts even when each person has different game data.
Move to a new device without changing the save
First link the existing save. On the new device, activate the Apple or Google account used for the subscription, link the same game data, then use Complete Purchase on the Premium Pass screen. When changing operating systems, benefits and items can move with the linked save, while automatic renewal remains with the old store account until canceled.
Avoid buying a duplicate pass on the new OS before the original expires. Pokémon Support says duplicate cross-OS purchases cannot be reverted or combined into a longer validity period.
