Earned beta reward items can appear in the full game on the linked account, but ordinary beta progression does not transfer.
Your ordinary Modern Warfare 4 beta level and weapon progression do not carry into the October 23 full game. The eight specifically named beta rewards can carry over when you earn them on the linked Call of Duty account.
That distinction prevents two common mistakes. Reaching the weekend level cap does not give the retail account a head start in ordinary progression, and merely installing the beta does not grant every promotional item. Each beta reward has a stated level requirement in Activision's table.
Weekend one caps progression at level 20. Weekend two raises the cap to level 30, opening the later reward thresholds. If an earned item is missing after launch, first confirm that the console or PC account used in the beta remains linked to the same Call of Duty account. Screenshots of the earned level and account page can help a support case.
Do not confuse preorder items with beta progression rewards. Early-access eligibility and the Hunter Killer preorder skin come from the purchase offer; beta participation rewards come from reaching the listed levels. The edition guide separates those entitlements.
The beta is still live and patch-sensitive, so this page records only Activision's stated reward contract. It does not promise that an exploit, accidental early unlock, or item shown on an unlinked platform will transfer.
