Preload does not override eligibility. It only downloads the client before a window opens. If the client is installed but access is denied during the first weekend, confirm that the platform account is linked to the Call of Duty account that owns the qualifying preorder or code. Players waiting for the open weekend do not need to buy early access.
The official times are in Pacific Time. Convert from the stated PT time instead of assuming midnight in your region. An installed client may also require a current title update before matchmaking appears.
