Short answer: Memoirium officially lists Windows support, Windows 10, 8 GB RAM, an NVIDIA GTX 970, and 1 GB of free storage as its minimum PC requirements. Steam lists Partial Controller Support, not full controller support. That distinction matters for a game built around combat and equipment decisions: do not read a generic controller icon as a guarantee that every menu and action is optimized for a gamepad.

The official recommended field currently does not add a higher CPU, GPU, RAM, or storage target. That is not proof that every PC at the minimum will run identically; it means Steam has not published a separate recommended hardware tier.
A practical compatibility check
First, verify that Windows reports a 64-bit operating system. Then check RAM and processor in Settings → System → About. For the GPU, use Task Manager → Performance → GPU or dxdiag; compare the actual graphics-chip model, rather than the computer's marketing name, to the GTX 970 requirement.
Memoirium's current storefront also lists Steam Cloud, achievements, save-anytime, subtitle options, custom volume controls, camera comfort, and color alternatives. These are store-declared features, not a substitute for an accessibility review. macOS and Linux are not currently listed as supported storefront platforms, so this guide does not claim native support for either.
If controller control is your deciding factor, treat “partial” literally: launch the game, test movement, combat, menus, inventory, and any remapping you need before you pass the retailer's applicable refund period. That is more reliable than a third-party setup claim that may refer to a different build.
