In patch 1.0.03, hold Shift and click a blue arrow to fast travel; ordinary clicks are ignored to prevent accidental camera movement.

Hold Shift and click a blue arrow to fast travel to the location it indicates. Since patch 1.0.03, a regular mouse click on the arrow is ignored. That behavior is deliberate, not a broken button.
The change replaces the earlier interaction that could send the camera away by accident. Patch 1.0.01 had already reduced the arrow hitbox and documented that blue arrows can be disabled in the options menu; 1.0.03 makes the travel action explicit with the Shift modifier.
If Shift-click still does not move the view:
- Confirm Steam has installed patch 1.0.03 or later.
- Check whether blue arrows are disabled in Options.
- Point at the arrow itself, hold Shift, and then click.
The official notes do not describe a separate story unlock or resource cost for this control, so this page does not add one. For the surrounding release fixes, see the Hearth and Hamlet patch summary.
