Nemesis: Gnosis is obtained by using Nemesis' Original Frame to MOD the Standard Doll Nemesis. During Chiral Redundancy, the Original Frame comes from completing stages in the Gnostic Insight event.

- Play Gnostic Insight during its event window.
- Complete the event stages that award Nemesis' Original Frame.
- Use the Original Frame to MOD Standard Nemesis into Elite Nemesis: Gnosis.
- Use the Refitting Room when you want to switch between the two Nemesis forms.
The official text describes the MOD item and form switch directly. It does not say that pulling OTs-14 unlocks Nemesis: Gnosis, and it does not place Gnosis on the OTs-14 Targeted Procurement route.

The notice says Redundant Pieces can be used in Neural Integration for Neural Image - Gnosis and Sibyl after the event. It also says the Original Frame moves to MOD Supplies.
