Start “Under No Illusion” with Lydirceil in the phantom village at X:6.6 Y:7.1. The character must be level 100 on a combat job and must have completed “A Phantom Reborn.”
Final enhancement structure
Patch 7.55 adds two enhancement stages. The quest requires participation in multiple duties, and the second stage allows the player to choose the weapon's desired attributes.
The quest must be progressed on the same class or job used to accept it. Changing to a different job does not transfer that active class-specific quest step.
Catch-up for additional weapons
After one weapon reaches the first new stage, trade ecliptic arcanite to Dodokkuli at X:6.7 Y:7.1 for another weapon already enhanced to that stage. Ecliptic arcanite is obtained by trading Allagan tomestones of mathematics.
After one weapon reaches the second stage, every later Phantom Weapon can be enhanced to that same stage without spending additional items. That makes the first completed weapon the longest path.
