Far Far West lists 10 GB of available storage and partial controller support on Windows PC. The exact minimum and recommended CPU, memory, GPU, and operating-system fields are maintained on Steam and should be compared again after significant Early Access updates.

“Partial controller support” has a specific practical meaning: core gameplay may accept a gamepad while some launcher, menu, text-entry, or configuration tasks still require keyboard and mouse. It is not equivalent to Steam's full-controller label and should not be described as a console-style guarantee.

The game supports solo play and up to four-player online co-op. Network quality therefore affects multiplayer independently of graphics performance. Frostburn also revised enemy AI, effects, maps, and combat systems, so pre-0.2 frame-rate reports are not sufficient evidence for the current build.

Steam Deck compatibility remains unverified unless Valve displays a current rating. A 10 GB footprint and controller support are helpful signals, but Deck readiness also depends on Linux/Proton behavior, readable interface text, unsupported input steps, suspend-resume, and actual frame pacing. Treat “runs on my device” reports as dated community evidence rather than a universal support promise.

There is no official native Linux or macOS product in the checked store record. Prospective buyers on those systems should not infer support from Steam availability alone.
