Endacopia: How to Get Mouth — Workplace Button Words

FAST ANSWER

The Mouth is beneath The Workplace: clear the light-switch room, take the left route, spell HELP ME TALK, then use LET ME GO to leave.

The Mouth is below The Workplace. From the vending-machine area, go down the stairs, solve the light-switch room, take the left path, and use the word buttons to enter HELP ME TALK. Enter the small door that opens to recover the Mouth. When you are ready to leave, type LET ME GO on the same buttons.

Reach the word-button room

The region is sometimes called The Office or The Workplace in community guides. Follow the work route until you reach the vending machine, then continue down the stairs. The next room is a light-switch puzzle: use the switches until every required light state is active and the lower door opens.

There is no universal “press switches 1-4” answer because the useful cue is the room's resulting light state. Watch which lights each switch changes, undo a press that moves more lights away from the target, and finish one row or group at a time.

After the door opens, descend and take the left route to the large word-button panel.

Exact Mouth phrases

Press the words in this order:

1. HELP
2. ME
3. TALK

The phrase opens the small door containing the Mouth. Enter and collect it.

To leave the chamber, return to the panel and press:

1. LET
2. ME
3. GO

The second phrase is an exit command; it is not the phrase that restores the Mouth. Mixing those two states is why some short answers tell players the wrong sequence.

What the Mouth changes

The Mouth enables speech-dependent interactions in Chapter I. It does not mean you have completed The Workplace boss path, and it does not prevent you from returning to Misery Town or Timesville for the Hands and Eyes.

If you need to exit the broader office area, current players report that the train call is below the currency scanner: go down and ring the bell with Mellow's feet.

Troubleshooting

• The lower door remains closed: finish the light-switch state before searching for the word panel.
• LET ME TALK does nothing: the opening phrase is HELP ME TALK.
• You have the Mouth but cannot exit: use LET ME GO.
• You recovered another sense first: no restart is needed; the senses can be collected in different orders.
• Dialogue choices appear missing: Patch 1.07 fixed cases where NPC choices appeared or disappeared incorrectly. Update before treating the save as permanently broken.
