In Season 30, the G7 Scout is back in floor loot and the 30-30 Repeater is in the Care Package. That is the current acquisition boundary for Marked and the first fact to check when an older loot guide appears wrong.

The change affects availability as well as any comparison based on pickup frequency. A guide written while the G7 was packaged or the 30-30 was a normal ground weapon is describing a different season state.
Rotation is not a tier list
Care Package placement does not, by itself, prove that one weapon is best for every player. Floor availability, ammunition, attachments, team range, and individual accuracy all affect practical value. The official patch can establish where a weapon is found and which values changed; it cannot establish a universal preference.
