Bloodhound's Season 30 rework adds red trails to fresh clues, changes the tactical to a three-second full-body scan followed by four snapshots, and replaces Beast of the Hunt with Allfather's Cloak. The cloak also grants 20% movement speed and threat vision while active.
Passive tracking changes
- Fresh enemy clues now create a red trail that leads Bloodhound toward them.
- Traversal clues and eliminations remain; many other clue types were removed to reduce visual clutter.
- Trails and clues disappear when their owner dies, except for the Player Killed clue.
- Black ravens received reliability and description updates.
- White ravens can fly up to 400 meters and can be activated remotely by looking at them briefly.
Tactical scan changes
Eye of the Allfather now gives a full-body scan for three seconds. When that scan ends, it creates four snapshot scans spaced 1.5 seconds apart.
Scanning a white raven and at least one enemy no longer gives a partial cooldown refund. Scanning a white raven without hitting an enemy still refunds the full cooldown.
Allfather's Cloak
Bloodhound throws a device that cloaks anyone who enters its area. The area lasts eight seconds; the cloak lasts 12 seconds after a player leaves it. Cloaked players gain 20% movement speed and threat vision.
Taking damage, firing a weapon, or using most abilities breaks the cloak. Bloodhound can use their own abilities without breaking it. Because the device cloaks anyone who enters, position it with enemy access in mind rather than assuming it is a team-only dome.

Taste of Blood was removed. The old Raven's Flight benefit was strengthened and moved into the base kit.
