A WARDOGS match has up to 100 players split across three teams. Teams contest randomized Control Zones within a 2 × 2 km battlefield, the team with the most players in the active zone earns points, and the first team to 100 points wins.
Every player starts the broader progression with $10,000. Each life, cash buys a custom loadout, gear, utility, or vehicles. Team actions such as reviving, transporting allies, and controlling the objective earn more. Steam says cash persists between matches, making spending timing part of the published economy.
The official examples include chasing a double-cash Hot Zone, sniping in a ghillie suit, moving supplies by helicopter, building a forward base, and using an artillery tank. Buildings and terrain can be destroyed or fortified.
