Link, watch, and claim
- Sign in to the Twitch account that will record viewing progress.
- Open Palia Account Connections and link Twitch to the same Palia identity used by the game.

- Keep stream sound on. Chat messages and other interaction are optional.
- Open Twitch Notifications or the Drops Inventory after reaching each threshold.
- Select Claim for each unlocked reward; completed viewing alone is not the final claim action.
- Launch Palia and collect delivered items from the in-game News section.

If progress or rewards do not appear
First confirm the stream is live, categorized as Palia, and explicitly marked Drops-enabled. A muted stream does not meet the official campaign condition. Then check Twitch's Drops Inventory: it separates an active progress bar, a completed-but-unclaimed reward, and a claimed reward more clearly than the video page.
If Twitch says the reward is claimed but Palia's News section is empty, verify that Twitch is connected to the Palia identity used on the current platform. Do not casually unlink a console or Steam account while troubleshooting; Palia's account support says linked platform accounts require Player Support to unlink.
