The event ended August 31; this archive preserves the pilot-pass, voting, reward, and Prestige rules.
Shooting Star: My MEKA Mania ended on August 31, 2026, so its pilot passes and voting are no longer active. The event ran from August 11 through August 31. During that window, completing a pilot's reward pass cast one vote for that pilot on the global leaderboard.
How voting and passes worked
- Players chose D.Va, D.Mon, Casino, King, or Overlord and activated that pilot's pass.
- Completing pass challenges earned its themed cosmetics, Loot Boxes, and story chapters.
- Finishing the pass cast one vote for that pilot on the global leaderboard.
- Players could then select another pilot pass and complete all five.
- Finishing all five filled the Star Tracker and unlocked a bonus sixth Prestige reward track.
Blizzard's rules said participating players would receive a special Player Card featuring the pilot with the most votes. The checked Blizzard sources explain that reward but do not name the winning pilot, so this archive does not rely on secondary reports for the result. Choosing a pilot was not a permanent lock: players could finish one pass and move to another for additional votes and story paths.
What the event does not change
My MEKA Mania was not the Battle Pass itself. D.Mon’s abilities and perks were not determined by the voting result. For current Season 4 information, use the Overwatch hub, the D.Mon ability page, or the Battle Pass page.
