Once Human supports crossplay and cross-progression across PC, mobile, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Link the account that owns your existing progress before creating a new console character.

- Confirm which existing Once Human account contains the character and purchases you want.
- Sign into the intended PlayStation Network or Xbox account.
- Open the official account-link flow before creating a replacement character.
- Check that the displayed platform and existing account are the ones you intended to join.
- Only then enter the live game and confirm the expected character or progression.
Do not use old beta articles to judge current crossplay. During the console test, PlayStation and Xbox could play together while PC and mobile were excluded. NetEase's July launch announcement explicitly expands the full release to crossplay and cross-progression from launch.
