After 70 consecutive rolls without the featured S-Class, the board moves from Baseline to Modified; if Zankou still has not appeared after 89 rolls, roll 90 grants her automatically.

The hard guarantee does not move the player's piece on roll 90. It grants the featured S-Class directly.
What carries and what does not
The shared character pity, Points Gift, and Board Modification progress carry among Limited Boards. Skin Perks do not. The Alluring Shadows Skin Perks are time-limited and exclusive to this board, including Daily Outfit, Mod Up! (Livery), and Fashion Center progress.
That difference is easy to miss: “pity carries” is not the same as “every reward track carries.” A player deciding whether to continue only needs to separate the shared character system from the board-specific cosmetic perks.
Featured pool and additional milestones
The featured S-Class is Zankou. Mint, Edgar, and Adler are the listed A-Class characters. The board also contains the Scarlet Sash glider livery, Sandy Mirage Sirocco livery, and Zankou's Autumn Vignette outfit.
The Version 1.3 patch notes say the Alluring Perks page grants its listed rewards at 50, 120, and 200 cumulative rolls, while the same items may also be obtained from board rolls before those milestones. Those cumulative milestones are separate from the 70-roll Modified threshold and 90-roll character guarantee.
This page does not recommend pulling or rank Zankou. A value verdict would need account budget, existing roster, current combat testing, and the opportunity cost of future boards.
