Duskmoor includes Starfall Bay Resort and Tearlake. Version 1.3 also added six named Duskmoor Anomaly Commissions and four race challenge routes, but the patch record does not provide ordered walkthroughs for them.
Stillmeadow House
Stillmeadow is not an event-drop property. Reach City Tycoon Level 13 and buy it for 6.9 million Fons. The patch notes mark shop availability as permanent.
The property also adds farming value: crops grown there can be sold for Fons by spending City Stamina. The official notes establish that sale rule, but do not publish an optimal crop spreadsheet or stamina route.
Sirocco and Tide are different acquisition systems
Sirocco is a normal permanent dealership purchase at TerraX. The Sandy Mirage Sirocco livery appears on Zankou's Alluring Shadows board, but the livery is not the base vehicle.
Tide is a watercraft in the Lucent Tides Mystery Box pool. Boxes can be opened with Fons or Annulith; the cost rises after each opened box, and opening all 15 obtains the complete pool. Tide can be summoned in ocean and lake areas. This is a limited event acquisition route, not a TerraX purchase.
