PS5 eligibility is explicit
The US PlayStation Store says the save data must be stored on the PS5 console. It excludes save data from the PS4 version and from Final Fantasy VII Remake Episode Intermission. The listing calls these rewards a “special offer” and does not publish the exact redemption menu, account-region rules, or whether cloud restoration must occur before first launch. Other platforms need platform-specific instructions
