Fell & Sell's minimum PC requirements are a quad-core processor, 8 GB RAM, a GTX 760 2 GB or equivalent GPU, and 4 GB of available storage. The recommended tier lists an Intel Core i7-4790K or AMD Ryzen 7 1700, 16 GB RAM, and a GTX 970 or equivalent. A 64-bit processor and operating system are required.

Steam's operating-system line still names Windows 8 and 8.1, while the store attaches its standard notice that Microsoft ended client support for older Windows versions. That does not convert the game into a macOS or Linux release; the current product lists Windows as the supported platform.

What the table does not promise

The publisher does not attach 30 FPS, 60 FPS, resolution, or graphics-preset targets to either tier. Meeting recommended hardware therefore confirms the published component class, not one guaranteed performance number. The August 28 patch adds shadow, SSAO, motion-blur, and FOV controls that can help tune the experience, but no official benchmark matrix is published.

Steam Deck behavior is also separate. The controller update makes the game more Deck-friendly, while the developer says further optimization is planned. Use the controller and Steam Deck status page for that boundary.
