The Elden Ring Tarnished Pack costs $4.99 on Steam US and adds two starting classes—Heavy Knight and Idus Knight—plus four armor sets, new weapons, three Torrent attires, and two NPC invasion events. Console release is local midnight on August 28; Steam released at 3:00 p.m. PDT on August 27, which explains why storefront dates can differ by one day.

Switch 2 buyers receive this material inside Tarnished Edition with the base game and Shadow of the Erdtree. Existing players on the listed platforms can buy the pack separately. Steam's US product lists $4.99; other regions and console stores can differ.

The pack is not described as another campaign or expansion. Patch 1.17 confirms that existing characters can buy or find the new class equipment and weapons. It also names the three attire regions and the Leyndell invasion cutoff, but it does not publish a “best class” result.
