The demo does not contain the full map, fleet, modes, or final polish; it demonstrates basic route driving with two named buses.
The Bus Simulator 27 demo is a limited PC beta slice, not the full game. It includes the tutorial, a City Drive route in one Mequina district, a long-distance trip from Mequina to Alcaztelar, and a return route from Alcaztelar to Mequina.
The demo initially featured the Solaris Urbino 12 electric and Mercedes-Benz Tourismo. It is designed to show driving and servicing a route. Locked menu features, the complete 45-plus bus fleet, all 20-plus districts, and the full Story, Career, and Sandbox experiences belong to the retail version.
The June 18 demo update added NVIDIA DLSS and AMD FSR, improved Logitech G923 Xbox-wheel support, reduced repeated voice lines, and fixed speed-limit behavior. These notes describe the demo build; they do not prove the final launch version will behave identically.
The developer does not promise demo save or company progress transfer. Treat it as a hardware and driving test, not an early start to the retail campaign.
