Which route fits which account?

Choose Ekleta when an advanced Kharazad piece is already part of your progression and you accept a character/account-bound market path. Consider Apeiron when market acquisition/liquidity and a from-scratch enhancement route are more valuable.

Where Apeiron appears

Inner Edania weekly boss chests list slot-specific Apeiron chances. Higher boss regions can award more possible slots, culminating in all four listed slots from Aresion's chest. The patch does not publish the exact probability.

Reform and current fix status

Kharazad/Ekleta/Apeiron use exclusive reformed cups made by heating a standard cup with 20 Essence of Dawn during the documented system. The August 20 weekly notes also say an issue preventing Group Enhancement of Ekleta and Apeiron was fixed.
