PS5 offers Performance at 60 FPS, Fidelity at 30 FPS, and a 40 FPS Balanced mode that requires a 120 Hz display. Ubisoft says ray-traced global illumination is used across the three modes, while Fidelity adds ray-traced reflections. PS5 Pro receives higher graphical fidelity and additional rendering features.
Those console modes are published targets, not a frame-rate review. For PC hardware and storage, use PC system requirements.
The title is a standalone remake. Owning the 2013 Black Flag does not appear in the checked sources as a free upgrade entitlement. Edition content and physical availability are covered in Standard, Deluxe, Launch, and Collector's Edition.
